First Aid Bandage Company also known as FABCO® was established in 1932 in Massachusetts and moved to Connecticut in 1992. The company is ISO 13485 and FDA registered and offers a family of superior disposable products supporting specialized, general medical and surgical needs.

Based out of New London, Connecticut with facilities in Old Mystic, CT and San Pedro de Macorís, Dominican Republic, the company is also globally represented in 48 countries. All FABCO® cotton-based products solely use North American cotton.

FABCO® sells a variety of specialty surgical single use devices and products including Ivalon® ENT and Ophthalmic sponges, Neutec® Neurological sponges, ORS® (Operating Room Specialties) and Endostik® Endoscopic Sponges. Additionally, FABCO® now also offers nonsterile Omnia® Products and will offer sterile ones in 2026.
