Mesh Suture, Inc. (MSi) is a surgeon-founded medical device company focused on reducing failed soft tissue repairs caused by suture pull-through. The company developed a proprietary “mesh suture” platform designed to distribute tension across a wider area and encourage tissue integration, aiming to create a more durable repair over time in applications where closure strength matters.

MSi’s flagship product is DURAMESH™, a polypropylene mesh suture cleared for general soft tissue approximation and ligation in clean (CDC Class I) wounds, including tendon repair and midline laparotomy where the bowel is not entered (with standard exclusions like skin/epithelial surfaces and certain specialty procedures).
