RTI’s VanishPoint Safety Syringe is simple to use, requires no additional steps, and allows for single-handed activation. It requires less disposal space than other safety needles/syringes and prevents disposal-related needlestick injuries.
The needle is automatically retracted directly from the patient into the barrel of the syringe when the plunger handle is fully depressed. The pre-removal, automated retraction greatly reduces exposure to the contaminated needle, effectively reducing the risk of needlestick injury.
