Arthrex TightRope® ABS Implant with UHMWPE
The Arthrex TightRope Attachable Button System Implant, REF AR-1588TN, is an adjustable-loop cortical suspensory fixation implant designed for tibial graft fixation during ACL and PCL reconstruction. The UHMWPE loop can be used with grafts passed around the closed loop or sutured directly to the construct. After graft passage, the implant attaches to a separately selected TightRope ABS cortical button and allows graft tensioning and retensioning following fixation and knee cycling.
