Heraeus Medical 5081287 PALACOS R pro 80 Radiopaque Bone Cement with Mixing and Application System
Heraeus Medical 5081287 PALACOS R pro 80 is a standard-setting, high-viscosity, radiopaque PMMA bone cement supplied in a ready-to-mix closed mixing and application system. PALACOS R pro is intended for orthopedic joint arthroplasty procedures, including hip, knee and other joint replacement procedures, for fixation of polymer or metallic prosthetic implants to living bone. The system can be mixed with or without vacuum. Zirconium dioxide provides radiopacity for X-ray visualization, while chlorophyll-copper-complex gives the bone cement its green coloration for visibility in the surgical field.
