Quattro Guidewire
50BX
The Gyrus ACMI® Quattro guidewire is a PTFE coated, dual flex guidewire constructed with a kink-resistant nitinol inner core which tapers to a flexible tip on both ends. The dual flex of the guidewire combines two commonly used guidewires into one: main body of the silver tipped end of the guidewire has a stiff flex pattern similar to an Amplatz, the main body of the gold tipped end a softer flex pattern similar to a Bentson guidewire. Each tip of the guidewire is coated with a hydrophilic polymer to reduce the surface friction.
