Wallaby Esperance Distal Access Catheter
The Wallaby Esperance® Distal Access Catheter, REF DAC6F115, is a sterile, single-use catheter designed for the introduction of interventional devices into the peripheral and neurovasculature. This 6F model features a 115 cm working length and a 0.071-inch inner diameter. Its variable-stiffness composite shaft transitions from a semi-rigid proximal section to a flexible distal section, providing proximal support while facilitating advancement through tortuous vascular anatomy. A hydrophilic coating on the distal shaft helps reduce friction during navigation, while the fluoroscopically visible distal tip supports visualization during placement. The catheter incorporates a standard Luer adapter with strain relief and is supplied with a peelable introducer and shaping mandrel.
