OPSITE FLEXIGRID is a transparent film dressing comprising a polyurethane film with acrylic adhesive. The film is supported on a flexible grid carrier to provide a simple application system. When use on wounds, the OPSITE film creates a moist wound environment by retaining exudate. The film is moisture vapor permeable, allowing excess exudate to evaporate and therefore reduces the risk of skin maceration. OPSITE FLEXIGRID is waterproof and aids in the prevention of bacterial contamination of the wound.
