The dressing supports negative pressure wound therapy with instillation and dwell for wounds containing thick fibrinous exudate, slough, infectious material, non-viable tissue, and other wound bioburden. Its patterned foam design creates hydromechanical movement at the wound bed to help loosen and remove wound debris while promoting granulation tissue formation.
