The Fortilink®-C IBF (Interbody Fusion) System with TETRAfuse® 3D Technology is an innovative cervical interbody device designed for use in Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion (ACDF) procedures. Developed by Xtant Medical, this system incorporates advanced materials and 3D printing technology to optimize spinal fusion outcomes.

- 3D-Printed Polymer Material: Combines the beneficial properties of titanium and PEEK (polyetheretherketone), offering an ideal balance of strength, biocompatibility, and bone integration.

It is in the form of a hollow, porous, threaded and/or fenestrated cylindrical or geometrical device made of non-bioabsorbable synthetic polymer [e.g., polyetheretherketone (PEEK)] that provides mechanical stability and sufficient space for therapeutic spinal bone fusion to occur; bone graft is typically used to help with osseointegration. Fixation screws and devices associated with implantation may be included with the device.
