The Medtronic RELTACK3X10SW-D ReliaTack™ Articulating Reloadable Fixation Device is the device-only component from the RELTACK3X10SW fixation system. This 5 mm laparoscopic hernia fixation instrument is designed to deploy compatible ReliaTack™ absorbable tacks for fixation of prosthetic material, including surgical mesh, to soft tissue. The articulating shaft supports perpendicular fastener placement from multiple approach angles during minimally invasive hernia repair.
