The Alm Retractor is a single-use, floor-grade instrument designed for retracting skin and soft tissue during procedures involving small or shallow incisions. Its opposing 4 x 4 blunt prongs spread tissue without the sharp points found on penetrating retractor patterns.
The self-retaining design holds the incision open without continuous manual retraction, helping maintain access and visibility within the operative area.
