The bioplastic (ABS) used in our aScope 4 Cysto endoscope handle emits 70 % less CO2 than handles made from purely fossil-based ABS plastic. This bioplastic raw material is a mix of fossil-based feedstock and second-generation feedstock that comes from food waste, like used cooking oil.
