The resorbable polylactic acid (PLA) microgrips of ProGrip™ self-gripping polypropylene mesh provide a vast constellation of uniform fixation points across the entire mesh surface.
Manufacturer
The mesh portfolio from the former Covidien AutoSuture business is now part of Medtronic’s Hernia and Wound Management segment within the Surgical Operating Unit. This division offers a broad range of synthetic and biologic hernia repair meshes along with fixation devices and surgical accessories used in open and laparoscopic hernia repair.
