Its platform is built on the Galatea Scaffold, a bioresorbable monofilament mesh made from P4HB (poly-4-hydroxybutyrate), originally developed by Tepha. The scaffold provides durable support during the critical healing phase and gradually resorbs, leaving no permanent material behind.
