The Synergy Surgical™ 2-0 Chromic Gut Suture (C2013) is an absorbable, monofilament surgical suture designed for temporary wound support with enhanced durability. Made from purified collagen and treated with chromium salts, it retains 50% of its initial tensile strength for 7–10 days, with full absorption occurring in 90–120 days.
This high-quality surgical suture is carefully polished for a uniform diameter, ensuring a smooth surface for effortless tissue passage. It is packed in isopropyl alcohol to maintain flexibility, optimize handling, and prevent brittleness.
